Lavender aka Boo (as in ghost) talking to Spirit. The banging is from the exhaust fans but that's been doing it all day. She was laying behind me on the couch, then got up and started talking to someone behind me. She was also making chirping noises. I have a 2nd video but it shows too much of my house so I won't post that for safety reasons. But I can tell you she ended up in my Art Studio/ Sacred Space room. And she still talking in there. I have urns in there and some items from people who have passed away. The last week I've been asking for help to get through this rough time in our lives. With the world affected by the 'virus'.
